Maintenance Group

This is a new group designed specifically to address the issues of weight maintenance. We've identified 13 topics we consider essential to sustaining weight loss. Groups will be led on a rotational basis by the Center's staff. You will be encouraged to share your experiences.

One Saturday a Month 12:00 - 1 pm
