1-on-1 Virtual Kitchen Consult

One of our dietitians will join you virtually, from their kitchen to yours.

Learn how to use food items in your kitchen as part of meals and snacks.

ACCOUNTABILITY EXPRESS
If you are looking for more accountability in your weight-loss journey, but are short on time, consider Accountability Express. These weekly virtual 15-minute appointments are perfect for someone with a busy schedule, or who feels they do not need a full visit to address weight-loss related issues.
