Thinking and Feeling: Our thoughts and feelings are intertwined:
What we think affects how we feel and vice versa. Often our thoughts are overly self-critical or otherwise not truly accurate reflections of reality. Challenging our unrealistic or self-critical thoughts opens a space to see situations and ourselves with more kindness, compassion, and accuracy. Often this small but significant shift leads us to feel better emotionally.
