Virtual Saturday Scoop 8.21.21; Mindful Movement

During exercise, we generally try to distract ourselves in an attempt to escape any physical or mental discomfort we feel. By pushing these thoughts and feelings away, however, we can make discomfort seem worse than it is. In addition, we are perpetutating the assumption that exercise always feels "bad." Join Rachel Trope, MS, CEP for a discussion, and mini-active session geared towardes discovering the benefits of tuning IN to our bodies during exercise. Mindfully move your body, and explore techniques to find what works best for you. Come dressed for gentle movement.
